Sue originates from Cambridgeshire, where she was employed as a policewoman before joining a Local Housing Association to manage tenant participation. Following a period living in Spain and France, she moved to Lincolnshire in 2002 and joined the Trust, first as Administrator and then Office Manager. Sue's role is to oversee the day to day administration of the organisation, including personnel management. In her spare time, Sue enjoys golf, gardening and eating her husband's delicious meals.
