The Friends of Bolingbroke Castle and Heritage Lincolnshire invite you to a special event to present the results of the archaeology and wildlife surveys that have taken place as part of the recent Moat Restoration Project at the castle. There will be an exhibition and a series of talks by the various specialists who have been involved. Richard Chadd and Ben Burgess will talk about the wildlife of the site, and environmental archaeologist James Rackham will discuss the auger survey which looked at the archaeology of the moat. The event will be held on Thursday 10th December at 7.30pm at Bolingbroke village hall, Keal Hill, Old Bolingbroke. For more information contact the Trust on 01529 461499
